ALUMNI AND SUPPORTERS
Alumni Share in Brock's Ongoing Success
The graduates of our master’s and PhD programs have been part of the exciting growth in graduate studies at Brock. Alumni can look back on their Brock experience knowing they have contributed to the quality of our research and scholarship activities. Our growing reputation as a centre of excellence in graduate education continues to be measured in a large degree by the success of our alumni.
We invite graduates of our MA and PhD programs to stay connected with the Faculty of Graduate Studies and the Brock community. The Office of Alumni Relations has information on the many ways in which you can continue your affinity with the University and the benefits that are available to graduates. Please visit www.brocku.ca/alumnirelations for more information. As well, we encourage alumni to be part of Brock’s online graduate community through brockpeople.ca – it is an easy way to contact old friends and to find out about alumni events and news.
The Faculty of Graduate Studies is interested in hearing from and profiling our alumni. To share your life and career accomplishments with us, please contact us at: gradalumni@brocku.ca
Contribute to the Success of Brock's Graduate Students
Brock University is a place where promising young scholars and researchers are following their passion for knowledge and discovery. Our graduate students want to make a difference and your support will help them as they look to find new answers, solutions and processes that will better our lives in many ways.
Students are grateful for the financial assistance. It allows them to devote all of their energies and enthusiasm to their studies and research projects. Your generous donation has a direct impact on their success in providing knowledge and leadership to communities in Niagara and across the globe as outstanding scientists, scholars and educators.
Now is an ideal time to give to the graduate experience and to support more than 1,200 full- and part-time students at Brock. The province has put in place the Ontario Graduate Fellowship Program (OGFP) to make your contributions go further in assisting students with the cost of their graduate education. The OGFP is a matching grant program. That means that for every dollar you donate, the province will contribute a dollar – your investment in our students automatically doubles. Imagine the opportunity we have to help our students given that the province has set aside a total of $2.3 million for Brock to access in matching funds.
In addition to OGFP, there are several other opportunities for donors to participate in matching programs that assist graduate students. To find out more, and to learn how to make your gift, please click on the link below.
