Audio Visual Services
Telecommunications & Network Services also encompasses Audio Visual Services which is responsible for providing equipment in teaching spaces on campus. Please note that we require 24 business hours notice when booking equipment for your class via telephone. Your requests can be made in person in Thistle West 235 or by phone at extension 3588. On-line requests can be made 48 business hours in advance by e-mailing: audiovisual@brocku.ca. All Audio Visual Bookings are subject to equipment availability. Please include the following information when requesting equipment:

For your multimedia presentations at Brock, we can supply:
Overhead projectors
35mm slide projectors
Computer and video projection systems
Cassette tape, and record players
Public address systems
Dubbing of copyright-free international format video cassettes
Please be aware, at present we do not deliver computer projection equipment to any of the seminar rooms on campus.

There is a pickup service available to Faculty & Teaching Assistants for projection equipment in seminar rooms.
This service is only available on the main campus (St.Catharines Campus).
Below is the policies for this service. One policy refers to the LCD TV Cart configuration and the other policy is for bagged equipement available for sign out from our office in Thistle 235 West.
